Cold-Pressed Juice Orders
Cancellations

Requests to cancel a cold-pressed juice order must be submitted to Customer Service immediately.

All juice orders require a 24-hour cancellation notice to allow adequate time to process changes.

If a cancellation request is submitted less than 24 hours before fulfillment or delivery, we cannot guarantee cancellation or a full refund.
Refund & Substitution Policy

We do not offer refunds or substitutions for juice plans once the week has started or after the plan has been completed.

No refunds or substitutions are provided for unused juices if you cancel mid-week or after completing your plan.

Unused products in original packaging may be returned for up to 21 days from purchase.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
