Cold-Pressed Juice Orders

Cancellations

  • Requests to cancel a cold-pressed juice order must be submitted to Customer Service immediately.

  • All juice orders require a 24-hour cancellation notice to allow adequate time to process changes.

  • If a cancellation request is submitted less than 24 hours before fulfillment or delivery, we cannot guarantee cancellation or a full refund.

Refund & Substitution Policy

  • We do not offer refunds or substitutions for juice plans once the week has started or after the plan has been completed.

  • No refunds or substitutions are provided for unused juices if you cancel mid-week or after completing your plan.

Returns

  • Unused products in original packaging may be returned for up to 21 days from purchase.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
